Drink with or without milk. Honey or Lemon maybe added if desired.

Brewing Instructions

Boile fresh water in a kettle. Do not overboil. Wash your teapot with warm water and added one tea spoon (2g) of tea leaves per cup . Pour the boiled Water into the pot and cover with a tea cozy letting the leaf infuse for 3-4 minutes to secure full flavour. Stir and pour the tea through a stainer into tea cups, add milk/suger/honey/ if desired and enjoy the full bodied flavour of our Masala Chai . To make Dhaba Chai- add half cup of milk to one and a half cup of water and put the mixture to boil in a sause pan. As soon as it comes to boil, add one tea spoon of this tea, add suger to taste and let it simmer for 1 minute. Then filter the Masala Chai into tea cups and relish its taste.
