The manufacture of green tea is slightly different to black tea even though the same green leaves are plucked. For green tea manufacture, the tea leaves are not fermented or oxidized, therefore retaining their antioxidants and poly-phenols, the substances that give green tea its many benefits. Drink this green tea as many times a day brewing the same leaf continuously 4 to 5 times. Regular consumption of green tea also protects our bodies against certain cancers and strokes.
