This is from a very special manufacture at a high elevation tea estate in Coonoor. The plucked full leaf has been kept intact and has only been hand twisted, fermented and then dried at optimum temperature. The result is an extremely fresh and flavourful cup with equally beautiful tea leaves unfurling in your tea pot. The estate has a thriving eco system, nurtured with passion and care. The tea is manufactured in the same estate where it is plucked and further packaged in sealed foil packs to maintain freshness and bring you garden fresh tea.

The liquor is light and clean with immense character of first flush.  The colour of the cup is yellowish orange and has no astringency. The wonderful aroma coupled with fine flavour is unmatched in this cup of tea.

Brewing Instructions

Add one heaped teaspoon of this tea per cup into a tea pot and add freshly boiled water. Let it brew for 3 minutes. The leaves will settle down at the bottom of the pot and you can pour the tea in to your tea cups.
